After ten years of marriage, a wife started looking at their child a little differently.
One day, she finally said,
“Honey… don’t you think our kid looks nothing like us?”
Her husband shrugged.
“Kids change as they grow.”
But she couldn’t shake the feeling.
So she secretly ordered a DNA test.
A few days later, the results arrived.
She stared at the report in complete shock.
“Our child isn’t biologically ours!”
She immediately confronted her husband.
He went silent for a moment.
Then he slowly said,
“Wait… do you remember the day we left the hospital?”
She nodded.
“The baby had made a little mess, and you told me to go change him.”
“Yes…”
He sighed.
“So I went into the nursery…”
“…picked a clean baby…”
“…and left the messy one there.”
The wife stared at him in horror.
The husband shrugged.
“What? You told me to change him!”
She fainted.
He looked at her and muttered,
“Well… I guess I should’ve asked for a receipt.”
