A passenger plane made an unexpected stop because of bad weather.
Everyone got off to stretch their legs and wait for the storm to pass—except for one blind woman and her guide dog.
The pilot recognized her and walked over.
“Would you like to get off and stretch your legs?”
The woman smiled.
“No, thank you. But Buddy would love a little walk.”
“Of course,” the pilot said.
A few minutes later, the entire terminal suddenly went silent.
The pilot was walking through the airport…
Wearing dark sunglasses…
And holding the guide dog’s leash!
One passenger stared in horror.
“Wait a minute…”
“Is our PILOT BLIND?!”
Panic spread through the terminal.
“I want another flight!”
“I want a different airline!”
One terrified passenger pulled out his phone.
“Honey, update my will!”
Another started searching for the nearest exit.
Meanwhile, the pilot calmly finished his little walk and returned to the gate.
By then, half the passengers had already disappeared.
The flight attendant rushed over.
“Captain! What happened?”
The pilot shrugged.
“I have no idea.”
She whispered,
“Next time, Captain, maybe don’t walk around the airport wearing sunglasses while holding a guide dog!”
The pilot smiled.
“Good point.”
Then he looked around at the nearly empty gate.
“Although…”
“The remaining passengers are going to have plenty of legroom!”
