There are many reasons why this problem can appear, such as the exchange of saliva or even a virus. But the important thing is not knowing how this condition occurs, but rather how we can get rid of it.

This infection is usually treated with drugs such as antibiotics that help reduce swelling and pain, but these can be expensive, and it’s better to treat it with natural remedies, which can eliminate the symptoms.

Among the home remedies you can try to treat this problem are the following:

White wine with rosemary: Boil a glass of white wine with a few sprigs of rosemary, then let it boil for 4 minutes and add honey. Gargle with this remedy. You can also drink it as an infusion.

Sage: Heat half a liter of water, add sage leaves, and boil until the water is fused. Strain and pour into a container. Let it steep for a bit and gargle 3 to 5 times a day. It should be mild, but not too hot.

Lemon and honey: The properties of this combination are incredible. Just heat a cup of water, add the juice of one lemon, and a tablespoon of honey. Mix. Then drink it or gargle.
