Bad News about Prince William and Prince Harry

Prince William and Prince Harry’s 20-year-old cousin Rosie has tragically been found d3ad in her home Wiltshire, United Kingdom.

Rosie Roche, who was the granddaughter of Princess Diana’s uncle, making her the second cousin to the two princes, passed away at her family’s home in Norton last Monday (14 July) with a ‘local firearms’, according to a report from The Sun.

The outlet additionally recorded that Rosie’ mother, Pippa, and sister, Agatha, found her after she started packing for a holiday with friends, adding that a coroner in Wiltshire and Swindon has opened an investigation, which has been postponed until later this year (25 October).

As per The Sun, Coroner Grant Davies said that police ‘have deemed the passing as non-suspicious and there was no third-party involvement’.

In an obituary announced by the Yorkshire Post over the weekend on Saturday (19 July), family members remembered Rosie as a ‘darling’ daughter, sister and granddaughter.

“Roche, Rosie Jeanne Burke. Di:ed on Monday 14th July 2025,” the obituary states. “Darling daughter of Hugh and Pippa, incredible sister to Archie and Agatha, Granddaughter to Derek and Rae Long.”

“Private family funeral. A memorial service will be held at a later date,” it added.

A spokesperson from the Durham Universit said that the English Literature student ‘will be sorely missed’.

The tragic passing of Rosie comes over a year after the royal family dealt with another disastrous loss with the d3ath of Thomas Kingston, the husband of Lady Gabriella Windsor, the King’s second cousin.

Thomas was found d3ad in Gloucestershire on the 25th of February 2024, aged just 45 years old.

The cause of Thomas’ passing was previously confirmed to be as a result of a ‘traumatic wound to the head’ following a gun being found next to his body in the Cotswolds, where his parents reside.

Thomas’ heartbroken wife, Gabriella, already shared her belief that the ‘impulsive action’ taken by Thomas to end his life was a result of the medication he had been specified.

His grieving parents, Martin and Jill, told BBC Radio 4’s Today at the time that there was ‘nothing that raised any suspicions in our mind’ during their lunch before Thomas’ passing, recalling: “He was normal, he was fun, we were laughing at various things.”

In the interview, the pair shared that their son had been specified a popular antidepressant after suffering from stress at work, which had severe side effects.
