Miranda Lambert had a little bit of a wardrobe malfunction with her skirt while she was on tour with Morgan Wallen this weekend.
While opening for Morgan Wallen on his I’m The Problem Tour, Miranda delivered quite a performance in Seattle this past weekend. However this time, it wasn’t just the Grammy award-winning artist’s singing that was putting on a show.

A TikTok video that’s gone viral captures Miranda Lambert experiencing a minor wardrobe slip while performing her song “Bluebird” live on stage. Dressed in a T-shirt, cowboy hat, and denim mini skirt — a staple outfit for the country star — Lambert turned around during the performance, revealing that her skirt was shorter than expected, causing quite the reaction from fans.
With her left butt cheek noticeably exposed, Lambert carried on with her performance unfazed. Meanwhile, amused viewers flooded the comments with humorous takes. One joked, “Someone start a GoFundMe for the cameraman — he deserves a tip for this work of art,” while another added, “Now we understand why front-row seats cost so much.”
Some fans speculated that the moment may have been deliberate, pointing to her confident expression. Comments included, “She knows exactly what she’s doing — sex sells,” and “That smirk says she’s well aware of what the audience is looking at.”
Country Music and the Classic Wardrobe Malfunction
This wouldn’t be the first time a female country artist has had an outfit mishap on stage. Carly Pearce once shared on a podcast how, during a stadium performance opening for Kenny Chesney, she unknowingly had several buttons on her dress come undone. It wasn’t until a front-row fan waved her down that she realized half her outfit was open.
And just last year, Lainey Wilson faced a similar situation at the Faster Horses Festival when her iconic bellbottom pants split mid-performance. Like a pro, she laughed it off with the crowd and quickly changed backstage. “There’s a first time for everything,” she said, “and I’m glad it happened in front of y’all.”
Whether Miranda’s incident was intentional or not remains unclear, but she carried on with total confidence. One thing’s for sure — country’s leading ladies know how to handle a fashion fail with poise, humor, and showmanship, no matter what they’re wearing.
